Self Study
Our community includes a cohort of independent scholars, committed to the maintenance of safe spaces for cultural exchange. We curated a list of seasonal literature-based programs that are taking place in eastern port cities where we continue our accessibility work; this is how we stay informed.

Long before the Gutenberg printing press was invented in Mainz, Germany, around 1440 AD, scholars on this side of the Atlantic maintained thriving cultures that centered self-study, an understanding of the nature of things and a working knowledge of celestial cycles. In keeping with those traditions we have compiled a seasonal list of lectures and talks being offered by our community of thought. Review the list and join us for a conversation when you are able to make the time.
